You've just made your reservation for a dream vacation in Costa Smeralda, and the excitement is building as you eagerly await your departure. However, we understand that the unexpected can happen at any time. Life is unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it impossible for you to embark on your trip or requiring you to return home earlier than planned during your vacation.
No need to panic! At Baia Caddinas Hotel & Residence, we have also thought about this, and now we offer you the possibility to take out a STORNOHOTEL insurance policy.
RATE CONDITIONS
Please be aware that our rates are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason, the cancellation penalties will be calculated based on the total amount of the reservation. The following are the cancellation penalties:
- 40% from the moment of booking until 16 days before arrival;
- 50% from 15 to 7 days before the start of the stay;
- 100% after these terms and in case of no-show;
- NO REFUND IS PROVIDED IN CASE OF MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OR NO-SHOW
- NO REFUND IN CASE OF POSTPONED ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES, OR UNCONSUMED MEALS.
- where a change of dates is exceptionally granted, the reservation rate must be equal to or greater than the original reservation amount
Exception: Customers who are part of the loyalty program called ClubRes Card will have penalties and rules according to the loyalty program's regulations.

COMPETENT COURT
For any eventual controversy the competent court will be the Court of Trento. Pursuant to Article 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, we hereby inform you that the data in our possession which concern you will be processed in the electronic and/or paper archives of Alpi Due Srl - Centro Vacanze Veronza S.a.s. - Rovereto Due S.a.s. - Alpi S.a.s., Dalle Nogare Srl, in compliance with the provisions of Italian Law no. 196 on the protection of personal data.
The processing of your personal data, of which we guarantee the utmost confidentiality, is carried out with the purpose of bringing to your attention advertising material, catalogues and price lists of Alpi Due Srl - Centro Vacanze Veronza S.a.s. - Rovereto Due S.a.s. - Alpi S.a.s., Dalle Nogare Srl and to keep you informed about our initiatives and promotional offers. We also inform you that your data will not be disclosed to third parties and that in relation to the processing in question you may at any time request the modification, correction or cancellation of your data (art. 7 of the above mentioned law).
Should you no longer wish to receive advertising and informative material, you can make a request to the Trento Reservation Centre.
YOUR TRIP IS INSURED
If you want an all-around guarantee, you can add the STORNOHOTEL policy to your reservation at a very small cost, in exchange for insurance coverage both in case of cancellation and in case of trip interruption even for reasons related to illness.
Important: When you take out your policy, remember to include all the people who will be traveling with you and to quote the exact amount of your total stay, otherwise insurance coverage is not guaranteed. You will have to take out a policy for each room you book, even if you make a single reservation.
Remember that you can take out your travel insurance policy no later than 48 hours after making your reservation. To activate your STORNOHOTEL policy follow this procedure:
