Discover our Ristorante Cervo to enjoy the charming atmosphere of Fiemme Valley in a traditional and cozy setting! There is a friendly atmosphere here, with menu options to suit all tastes, from the most refined to the traditional, as well as menus designed for the youngest guests.

The atmosphere is enhanced by the addition of a brand new show cooking corner, where you can see our chefs' creations firsthand. But wait, there's more! You can find daily menus of the day on our siramenu, so you can get a taste of the delicious proposals that await you.

You don't feel like cooking after an intense day out in the mountains, and you are one of our residence's guests? No problem: on the siramenu you can book, by 7pm, your take-away dinner to be enjoyed directly in your apartment!

Our Baita Tonda Restaurant is located at the top of Alpe del Cermis, near the ski slopes and tree trails for children.
